Disability Verification Data

We may request disability documents or statements to verify disability status for eligibility to join disability-based matching. Verification is used only to determine eligibility and safer introductions.

We do not retain copies of disability documents long-term. A non-identifying verification status (e.g., verified_disability = true) may be kept for account eligibility, with original documents deleted or anonymized as soon as verification is completed or within a short retention window.

Data Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data, subject to safety and legal considerations.
